A. 관리자 들어가기Getting into the admin

1. 클릭Click브라우저 주소창에 아래 주소를 입력하거나, 분과 홈페이지 오른쪽 위 "관리자"를 클릭합니다.Type the address below into your browser, or click "Admin" at the top right of the department homepage.
   나옴You see"분과 관리자" 비밀번호 화면이 나옵니다.The "Department Admin" password screen appears.
   다음Next비밀번호 칸에 bnm1# 을 입력하고 "들어가기"를 누릅니다.Type bnm1# and press "Enter".
2. 클릭Click(비밀번호 입력 후) 들어가기 버튼.(After the password) the Enter button.
   나옴You see관리자 화면이 열립니다 — 위에서부터 "분과", "설문 교체", "사용자 관리", "Engine status" 그룹이 보입니다.The admin page opens — from the top you see the groups: Department, Questionnaire, Users, Engine status.
   다음Next아래 B로 갑니다.Continue to section B below.

B. 진단 설문 보기/바꾸기Viewing / editing the diagnosis questionnaire

B-1. 설문 편집 화면 열기Open the questionnaire editor

1. 클릭Click관리자 화면의 "설문 교체" 그룹에서 "진단 설문 교체" 카드를 클릭합니다.In the "Questionnaire" group, click the "Diagnosis Questionnaire" card.
   나옴You see새 화면(learning 관리 화면)이 열리고 비밀번호를 다시 묻습니다. 사이트가 둘이라 두 번 묻는 것 — 정상입니다.A new page (the learning admin) opens and asks for the password again. Two sites, two prompts — this is normal.
   다음Next같은 비밀번호 bnm1# 을 입력하고 로그인합니다.Enter the same password bnm1# and log in.
2. 클릭Click(로그인 후) 화면을 봅니다.(After login) look at the page.
   나옴You see위에 드롭다운 2개(타입/분과 — 이미 이 분과 진단으로 선택돼 있음), 그 아래 도구 줄(파일 첨부 / 텍스트 붙여넣기 / 빈 칸 자동번역), 그 아래 문항 카드들이 보입니다.Two dropdowns at the top (type/department — already set to this department), a tool row (Attach file / Paste text / Auto-translate), then the item cards.
   다음Next아래 B-2부터 원하는 작업을 하세요.Pick the task you need from B-2 onward.

B-2. 문항 카드 읽는 법Reading an item card

문항 1개 = 카드 1장입니다. 카드 안에:One item = one card. Inside each card:

영어 문항English item	영어 화면에서 보이는 문장The sentence in English
하위척도 드롭다운Subscale dropdown	이 문항이 속한 분류 (채점 묶음). 모르면 그대로 두세요.The scoring group this item belongs to. Leave as-is if unsure.
역채점 체크Reverse-scored checkbox	점수를 거꾸로 계산하는 문항 표시 (해당 설문만). 임의로 바꾸지 마세요.Marks reverse-scored items (only some scales). Do not toggle casually.
위 / 아래 / 삭제Up / Down / Delete	순서 이동과 삭제 (카드 오른쪽 위)Reorder and delete (top right of the card)

B-3. 문항 글자 고치기 / 추가 / 삭제 / 순서Edit text / add / delete / reorder

1. 클릭Click고치고 싶은 문항의 한글(또는 영어) 칸을 클릭해 글자를 고칩니다.Click the Korean (or English) field of the item and edit the text.
   나옴You see입력 즉시 화면에 반영됩니다 — 하지만 아직 저장 전입니다.The form updates immediately — but nothing is saved yet.
   다음Next다 고쳤으면 B-7 저장으로.When done, go to B-7 Save.
2. 클릭Click"+ 문항 추가" (카드 목록 맨 아래)."+ Add item" (below the last card).
   나옴You see맨 아래 빈 카드가 생깁니다.An empty card appears at the bottom.
   다음Next한글/영어를 입력합니다. 한쪽만 넣고 B-6 자동번역으로 채워도 됩니다.Type Korean/English. You may fill one side and use auto-translate (B-6) for the other.
3. 클릭Click카드 오른쪽 "위"/"아래"로 순서, "삭제"로 제거.Use "Up"/"Down" to reorder, "Delete" to remove.
   나옴You see카드가 이동/사라집니다.The card moves or disappears.
   다음Next실수했으면 D(되돌리기) 참고 — 저장 전이라면 그냥 새로고침해도 원래대로입니다.If you make a mistake, see D — before saving, a refresh also restores the page.

B-4. 파일로 한번에 넣기Import from a file

지원: docx / xlsx / csv / txt. PDF는 안 됩니다 (추출이 불안정).Supported: docx / xlsx / csv / txt. PDF is not supported (unreliable extraction).

1. 클릭Click도구 줄에서 가져오기 모드를 고릅니다 — "전체 교체"(기존 문항 다 바꿈) 또는 "아래에 추가".Choose the import mode — "Replace all" or "Append below".
   나옴You see드롭다운 값이 바뀝니다.The dropdown value changes.
   다음Next"전체 교체"는 기존 문항이 화면에서 사라지니 주의 (D로 복구 가능)."Replace all" clears the current items from the form (recoverable via D).
2. 클릭Click"파일 첨부 (docx/xlsx/csv/txt)" 버튼 → 파일 선택.Click "Attach file (docx/xlsx/csv/txt)" and pick your file.
   나옴You see문항 카드가 자동으로 만들어지고, 영어(또는 한글)가 비어 있으면 자동번역이 바로 시도됩니다.Item cards are created automatically; empty Korean/English sides are auto-translated right away.
   다음Next카드 내용을 훑어보고 이상한 번역은 직접 고친 뒤 B-7 저장.Review the cards, fix any odd translations, then Save (B-7).

B-5. 텍스트 붙여넣기Paste text

1. 클릭Click"텍스트 붙여넣기" 버튼.Click "Paste text".
   나옴You see큰 입력 칸이 열립니다.A large text box opens.
   다음Next문항을 줄마다 하나씩 붙여넣습니다. "1." "2)" "-" 같은 번호/불릿은 자동으로 지워집니다.Paste one item per line. Numbering like "1." "2)" "-" is removed automatically.
2. 클릭Click"문항으로 변환" 버튼.Click "Convert to items".
   나옴You see줄마다 카드가 생기고, 한글/영어는 자동 감지 — 빈 쪽은 자동번역됩니다.Each line becomes a card; the language is detected and the missing side is auto-translated.
   다음Next검토 후 B-7 저장.Review, then Save (B-7).

B-6. 자동번역 (한쪽만 넣으면 나머지 채움)Auto-translate (fill the missing side)

1. 클릭Click"빈 칸 자동번역 (한/영)" 버튼.Click "Auto-translate empty fields (KO/EN)".
   나옴You see"자동번역 중 (n칸)..." 표시 후 "n칸 자동번역 완료" 알림이 뜨고 빈 칸이 채워집니다. 이미 차 있는 칸은 절대 건드리지 않습니다.You see "Translating (n fields)..." then a done notice; only empty fields are filled. Existing text is never changed.
   다음Next번역은 초안입니다 — 임상 표현은 꼭 직접 검토하고 고치세요. 그 다음 저장.Treat it as a draft — review the clinical wording yourself, then Save.

B-7. 저장 — 이걸 눌러야 진짜 반영Save — nothing applies until you press this

1. 클릭Click화면 아래 파란 "저장" 버튼.The blue "Save" button at the bottom.
   나옴You see"저장되었습니다." 표시."Saved." appears.
   다음Next이 순간부터 학생 진단 화면에 새 문항이 나옵니다 (E에서 확인).From this moment students see the new items (verify in E).

C. 점검/훈련 바꾸기 (타입 드롭다운)Screening / training (the type dropdown)

1. 클릭Click설문 편집 화면 맨 위 첫 번째 드롭다운(진단/점검/훈련)에서 "점검" 또는 "훈련"을 선택합니다.In the first dropdown (Diagnosis/Screening/Training) pick Screening or Training.
   나옴You see두 번째 드롭다운이 그 타입의 분과 목록으로 바뀝니다.The second dropdown switches to that type.
   다음Next두 번째 드롭다운에서 이 분과를 선택합니다.Pick this department in the second dropdown.
2. 클릭Click(점검) 측정 단계 카드를 봅니다.(Screening) look at the measurement step cards.
   나옴You see단계마다 측정 종류(HRV/시간 추정/CPT/N-back/VSR), 시간(초), 이름, 일부는 추가 설정(목표 초, N 단계)이 있습니다.Each step has a measurement type, duration in seconds, labels, and for some steps extra settings (target seconds, N level).
   다음Next시간/순서/이름을 고치고 저장. 측정 종류는 5가지 안에서만 선택하세요.Edit duration/order/labels and Save. Keep the type within the 5 supported measurements.
3. 클릭Click(훈련) 게임 카드를 봅니다.(Training) look at the game cards.
   나옴You see게임마다 id, 이름, 한/영 라벨, 경로가 있습니다.Each game has an id, title, KO/EN labels, and a path.
   다음Next이름/라벨/순서를 고치고 저장. id와 경로는 기존 게임 것만 실제로 작동하니 함부로 바꾸지 마세요.Edit titles/labels/order and Save. Only existing game ids/paths actually work — do not invent new ones.

D. 원래대로 되돌리기Restoring the defaults

1. 클릭Click저장 버튼 옆 "코드 시드로 되돌리기".Click "Reset to code seed" next to Save.
   나옴You see폼이 출고 기본값(원래 설문/설정)으로 바뀝니다 — 아직 저장 전.The form reverts to the factory default — not saved yet.
   다음Next정말 되돌리려면 "저장"까지 눌러야 학생 화면도 원래대로 됩니다.Press "Save" to actually restore what students see.

E. 바뀐 거 확인하는 법How to verify the change

1. 클릭Click새 탭에서 학생용 진단 화면을 엽니다 (아래 주소).Open the student assessment page in a new tab (address below).
   나옴You see학생 로그인 화면이 먼저 나올 수 있습니다 — 학생 계정으로 로그인하면 설문이 나옵니다.A student login may appear first — log in with a student account to see the questionnaire.
   다음Next문항이 방금 저장한 내용과 같은지 확인합니다.Check that the items match what you saved.
2. 클릭Click옛날 화면이 보이면 강력 새로고침을 합니다.If you still see the old version, force-refresh.
   나옴You see키보드 Ctrl + Shift + R (Mac: Cmd + Shift + R).Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Mac: Cmd + Shift + R).
   다음Next그래도 다르면 F를 확인하세요 (대부분 저장을 안 누른 경우입니다).If it still differs, see F (usually Save was not pressed).

F. 자주 헤매는 것Common pitfalls

증상Symptom	원인과 해결Cause and fix
고쳤는데 학생 화면이 그대로Edited but students see the old version	1순위: "저장"을 안 눌렀습니다 — 폼만 바뀐 상태. 2순위: 브라우저 캐시 — Ctrl+Shift+R.Most likely Save was not pressed. Otherwise browser cache — Ctrl+Shift+R.
비밀번호를 두 번 물어봄Asked for the password twice	정상입니다 — 분과 관리자(decision)와 설문 편집(learning)이 다른 사이트라 각각 묻습니다. 둘 다 bnm1#.Normal — the admin and the editor are different sites; both use bnm1#.
파일을 넣었는데 문항이 이상함File import looks wrong	엑셀 열 순서(한글|영어|분류)와 줄당 1문항을 확인하세요. PDF는 지원 안 됩니다. 망쳤으면 새로고침(저장 전) 또는 D.Check the column order (KO|EN|subscale) and one item per line. PDF is unsupported. Refresh (before save) or use D.
자동번역이 안 됨Auto-translate does nothing	빈 칸이 없거나(이미 다 차 있음), 번역 키 미설정 안내가 뜬 경우입니다. 안내가 떴으면 수동 입력으로 진행하세요.Either no empty fields, or the key-not-set notice appeared. Manual typing always works.
"고급(개발자)" 버튼The "Advanced (developer)" button	개발자용 원본 편집기입니다. 누르지 않아도 모든 작업이 가능합니다 — 열었더라도 수정하지 마세요.A raw editor for developers. You never need it — if opened, do not edit there.
문항 수가 너무 적어짐/많아짐Item count suddenly wrong	가져오기 모드(전체 교체 vs 추가)를 확인하세요. 잘못 저장했으면 D(시드 되돌리기)+저장.Check the import mode (Replace vs Append). If saved wrongly, use D + Save.
화면이 영어로 나옴Page shows English	오른쪽 위 KO/EN 토글에서 KO를 누르세요 (학생 화면도 동일).Use the KO/EN toggle at the top right (same on student pages).
